These WhatsApp Terms and Conditions form a contract between the Customer and Bank. By opting for WhatsApp Banking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these WhatsApp Terms and Conditions and other specific terms and conditions as may be pertaining to the Account and any other products/offers/facilities and services availed by the Customer whether or not through WhatsApp. Use of the platform is considered acceptance by the customer to be bound by these Terms. Do not use the platform if you do not accept these Terms.
Links contained in these terms and conditions to other documents should be deemed part of these terms and conditions. Although links may, from time to time, be non-operational, this shall not affect the validity and interpretation of these terms and conditions. Clause headings are for convenience and not to be used in interpreting these terms and conditions.

- limit POSB’s (we, us, our) or a third party’s risk or liability.
- create risk or liability for you.
- compel you to indemnify us or a third party; and
